This convent is operated by the Suore Orsoline di Maria Immacolata.

A stunningly restored and beautifully maintained Renaissance villa. Period furnishings and well maintained sitting rooms.

Mass held everyday at 7:00am. A triple room can be a quadruple room on request. Please advise in Additional Requirements.

Breakfast is not included in the price. Cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

	Sister Anna was most helpful with providing tram tickets and a map with the tram location plus walking directions to many sites. The sister on the last evening I was there called a taxi that got to us in 5 minutes and transported me to the airport.Sister Anna had pointed out that the taxi to FCO was a standard price of 50 euros. I felt very safe and well cared for at the Monastery!

	The sisters were so pleasant and helpful. Our room was large, spotless and had everything we needed. The location was about 20-30 minutes' walk from a lot of sights like the Centro Storico and Colisseum, but there were lots of buses and teams available very nearby.

	Very peaceful stay, convenient location, kind people. We had some specific time requests for leaving super early on a couple of days and the sisters were very understanding and accommodating. They didn’t forget about us, and when we came back after a long day they were curious and excited to talk to us about everything we did that day. 	The sisters at Istituto Orsoline Di Maria Immacolata are wonderful, very friendly and approachable and ensuring we were happy and had everything we needed. The rooms are spotless and the atmosphere makes you feel at home. Sister Anna was always available for any advice or assistance. Our room was quiet , we slept very well. It was lovely to hear the sisters singing in the morning. The position is a short walk to all Trastevere has to offer. There is a bus stop out the front and the tram a few minutes walk away.

	The sisters were very helpful with logistics: how to navigate from 1 place to another, location of services such as grocery, restaurant, bus stops. The common room had facilities for heating water and there was a common refrigerator. When i had a late arrival in the evening and an early morning departure, they made this possible.

	The Sisters were most kind, respectful and efficiency. I was made feel very welcome. They could not do enough for us. The social area & vending machines were fine for water bottles etc., and the Marco's Café around the corner was recommended for breakfast of croissant and coffee and it was great. The sisters kindly called a taxi to take me to the airport and it was there on time and they gave me very accurate walking directions to various tourist/historical sites, while making sure I knew the bus to take home if too exhausted with the walking. My room was lovely. Simple, clean and spotless. The ensuite bathroom was just fine. Overall the Ursiline sisters deserve 10/10 for all they do for their guests. I would stay again if ever lucky enough to be in Rome. Well done. Best regards. Maeve

	We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Orsoline di Maria. The Sisters - particularly Sister Anna - were very helpful and hospitable. The accomodation was excellent. Sadly we did not sleep well. This was largely due to the very, very hot weather and local street noise - Trastevere is a vibrant area which only gets quiet around 1am-5am!! The rooms had fans, but not air conditioning which would have helped I think. Lack of breakfast was not a problem as there was an excellent cafe bar very close serving very good coffee and pastries. The accomodation also had vending for water, soft drinks, coffee and snacks - these were very, very cheap. We would highly recommend with the caveat that light sleepers like ourselves may not get the best sleep.

	Quiet, clean, comfortable, friendly accommodations at an easily accessible rate and location. The sisters are warm and helpful, and a little bit playful - very sweet! The space is "monastery minimalist", with all the essentials, and anything you need is within a ten-minute walk in the bustling Trastevere neighbourhood. When I return to Roma I will stay here again. The only improvement would be to relay the wifi signal down the halls to the rooms, although reception in the lounge is fine.

	There is no place I would ever stay in Rome other than this very fine Instituto Orsoline di Maria Immaculata. I felt so safe, welcomed by the Sisters, well taken care of, and extremely happy with the location of the convent and the view from my my room. I could have surpassed the number 10 in several of these categories. I have recommended this convent to more than 4,500 Facebook friends and to all of my family. Hope you enjoy your stay there as much as I LOVED mine!!

	Our accommodation was very comfortable. We had a warm welcome from Sister Anna, who assisted us greatly by indicating on the map the bus routes to enable us visit places of interest. The friendliness of the nuns was a great blessing to us. The locality in Trastevere is excellent in terms of availability of vibrant evening restaurant facilities.

	Excellent stay. The convent is located in the Trastevere area of Rome, which is a very nice, safe, and convenient location. There are hundreds of restaurants nearby through all the winding brick roads and piazzas. Dandolo Avenue is only one block from Trastevere Avenue a major commercial and restaurant area as well. The city tram and the bus lines operate on Trastevere Avenue. Two bus lines can even be picked-up directly in front of the convent on Dandolo Avenue. If you enjoy walking, the convent is within two to six miles of every attraction you may wish to see in Rome. I was in Rome a total of fifteen days, and really enjoyed the location, the service, the cleanliness, the safety, and the quietude. There is also a community room, which has vending machines and a refrigerator. I would suggest adding a microwave to the community room. I would not hesitate to stay at the Institute Orsoline di Maria Immacolata again if the chance arises for a return to Rome.
