San Giovanni Rotondo hosts the popular Padre Pio Sanctuary or Santuario di Padre Pio. It was built in devotion to the well-known Italian Saint, Pio of Pietrelcina. Padre Pio's shrine is inside the town's Church of Our Lady of Grace or Santa Maria delle Grazie. Visitors can see Padre Pio's cell, confessional, the crucifix from which he received the stigmata and nearly everything he owned.

This venue sits on top of Mount Castellano and gives great views from the Gulf of Manfredonia up to the Daunia Mountains. It is ultra modern with three floors and a classy charm to its exterior.

No Mass is held. Guests can access chapel at all times for private prayer. A shuttle bus service can be requested.

Breakfast is included in the price. Other meals are available (additional) and bookings can be arranged with reception.
