Beverley - MB, Canada (April 2024)
Very good central location, the staff was very kind and helpfull.
This place is wonderful. I have recommended it to at least 20 people in the past 10 days. The only thing I do have a critique on are the pillows. They are very flat and hard. But other than that it was an excellent stay. I will certainly stay there again.
Knight - WV, United States (June 2022)

Not right in the centre of Rome, but at a quite walkable distance nonetheless. Found the surrounding area to be very interesting. Staff were very welcoming. A wonderful variety was offered for breakfast and a good selection of small restaurants and bars close at hand. Should we return to Rome, we would not hesitate to stay here again .

I very much appreciate your providing me with some gluten-free items for breakfast. I had a very good meal. I wish that it had been possible to check in a little bit earlier. Otherwise this was a wonderful place to stay. I will come back.

Everithing was great, good service, breakfast and location. Totally recommendable.
Marcela - Metropolitana, Chile (February 2018)
Perfect location for exploring Trastevere plus near two bridges meant easy walking to the ancient city and Ghetto. Room was very nice, with a little desk niche, and beds were quite comfortable. Bathroom was attached, and small problem with hot water was quickly mended. Wonderful breakfast buffet with freshly-boiled eggs and fabulous Roman rosettes, among many other things. Helpful and seasoned front desk staff.
Kathryn M - CA, United States (February 2018)
Close to restaurants and bars, and easy walking distance to central Rome.

It was GREAT! Great location, they stored our bags as we arrived very early so we could enjoy the day. Front desk was very helpful in sharing information. Shower was very small but room plan and simple - perfect for the price.
Julie - NH, United States (August 2017)
We had a really wonderful time staying here. It was exactly what we were hoping for. Our room overlooked the excellent restaurant just across the street. It could make for some noisy nights, but closing the window and turning on the AC solved that. All the staff were particularly wonderful. They were very friendly and helpful with answering all our questions. I highly recommend staying at Casa di Francesca Romana!
Virginia - NSW, Australia (June 2017)

I can't say enough good things. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My ratings are 10's across the board. The breakfast was very good. The wi-fi was also good. The Casa really is centrally located; a short walk or tram ride to the city center. I hope to return to Rome one day, and I know where I'll be staying! Thanks, everyone for a most pleasant experience.
Frankie - CA, United States (March 2017)

Yvonne - Western Australia, Australia (May 2016)
My stay was great value for money. The room was cleaned every day, with new towels. The breakfast was a wonderful selection of meats, cheese, bread, fruit, as well as cereals, and sweet rolls, even brewed coffee, as well as the coffee machine! The staff were all friendly, and most helpful. The Casa is central to Trastevere district, restaurants and shopping.
Sr - Western Australia, Australia (May 2016)
Breakfast was excellent. Quiet, yet in walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Lovely staff.
Richard - British Columbia, Canada (September 2015)
All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spotless with a change of towels every day and a change of linen almost as often. This was a surprise trip for my wife's 60th birthday. Our son arrived a day later from Vancouver, that day was actually my wife's birthday. The staff played their part in keeping the surprise and the timing was just perfect.
Norman - Northumberland, United Kingdom (April 2015)
The location in Trastevere is amazng. FY, the convent felt a little more to me like a hotel than a convent. I did not see any of the sisters, and it seemed there were quite a number of guests staying there. The front desk staff were also extremely helpful.
Robin - DC, United States (September 2014)
We had a wonderful time at Casa di Santa Francesca Romana a Ponte Rotto! Everyone was very kind and helpful! The rooms and entire hotel was very clean! Hope to return one day and without hesitation will stay there again!!!

Ma. Fatima - Manila, Philippines (May 2013)
Excellent location and good service. We enjoyed it very much and will recommend it.
Piet - , Switzerland (May 2013)
Would be very happy to stay there again. Location was great, could walk to most places. Plenty of good eateries in area. Comfortable beds. A bit of corridor noise. Took tram to Argentine and then Express Bus 40 to station for return journey. Cost 3 euro for the two of us.
Graeme - Queensland, Australia (October 2012)
I loved the chapel and serene atmosphere.
Natazha - CA, United States (September 2012)
This is the second time we have stayed here, and enjoyed it again. The staff are very good, the location is good, the breakfast is good.
Anthony - west yorkshire, United Kingdom (June 2011)
Great staff, lobby, sitting rooms, breakfast, courtyard. The elevator was extremely small. The room was sparsely furnished, but I guess is to be expected in a monastery.
Patricia - IL, United States (May 2009)
Reception was always open, late arrival was no problem. Breakfast was good and people were friendly. Staff spoke English which was helpful. The room was very dark and too warm (heating could not be turned off).
Lukas - Co. Cork, Ireland (March 2009)
Didn't know what to expect. The marvellous location, the quality of the room and en suite, the existence of a lift, the reasonable cost, but above all the friendly, efficient helpfulness of the people at reception, ready at all times to provide information and make bookings and reservations. Am thinking of returning on another visit.
