History
In the 1800's the house was built from a number of families which lived in the house until 1950.
In 1950 the Sisters bought the house and it was turned into accommodation and a center for the poor. In the late 1980's the house was renovated and turned into a guest house for tourists.

Robin - TN, United States (May 2024)
Very helpful staff and great location and sense of security.
Susan - TAS, Australia (May 2024)
Good stay, friendly staff, extremely clean, quiet and well located monastery.
Aurea - São Paulo - SP, Brazil (May 2024)
Excellent location. 2 minute-walk from the Metro station (Barberini), Piazza di Spagna, etc. 10-15 minute-walk to Fontana di Trevi and Piazza Navona. Only 4 metro stops away from the Vatican. Many restaurants and shopping areas closeby.
Very quiet please especially for rooms in the courtyard.
The sisters and staff are kind and helpful.
Rooms are impeccably clean. Very beautiful chapel.
I am returning soon and already reserved my accommodation.
I will strongly recommend.
Winnie - , France (March 2024)
This is a great location, the monastery is impeccably clean and well organised. The power shower was hot, the room was warm with a split heater, extra blankets and pillows in the wardrobe. We did not have time for breakfast but the dining area looked very good. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. Thanks Sarah.
Sally - Lancashire, United Kingdom (February 2024)
Fabulous location. Very clean and welcoming.
Jennifer - NSW, Australia (May 2023)
A warm and friendly place with welcoming staff.
Stephen - SA, Australia (May 2023)
Great value for money, very clean and safe and great location. Room small but adequate. Only negative street noise
Agnes - MD, United States (April 2023)
Staff were very helpful, accommodation was clean, comfortable and well located
Paul - NSW, Australia (March 2023)
The nuns were very nice and helpful! Even though they didn't speak a lot of English, we were still able to communicate well. The place is air conditioned and has an elevator, both of which are great assets in Rome in the summer. I would stay here again!
Sara - KS, United States (July 2022)
Beautiful building in convenient location at a great price! We loved the building and the lovely church.
Susan - MS, United States (June 2022)
Our room was oddly long and narrow. Seemed like special adaptations were made for the space. The room was nice and quiet, the beds comfortable and breakfast was nice. One piece of advice: You should know that they are at the TOP of the Spanish steps. If you arrive by metro, you will have to carry all your stuff up the steps and back down again when you leave.
Frederick - Q ROO, Mexico (April 2022)
This monastery has a wonderful location to explore the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps area. It was a challenge for me as none of the sisters spoke much English, but they were very kind and tried to communicate. I would like to have a more substantial breakfast with coffee.
Margaret - NC, United States (July 2021)
I had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect all the sites are within a few minutes walk there’s also the metro and taxi stand with in 2 minutes walk. Great restaurants and bar within a block and some nice shopping as well.
Terri - WA, United States (October 2019)
This was a perfect place for us to begin a long week of hiking down the coast of Puglia. Despite the unusual heat, the monastery was welcoming, beautiful, and quiet -- and has a lift! As we left early on Sunday morning, we did not have an opportunity to breakfast there, but did leave with the voices of the Sisters singing in our ears.
Margaret - VA, United States (June 2019)
Excellent.
Elena - CIUDAD AUT?NOMA DE BUENOS AIRES, Argentina (June 2019)
The convent is very well located. We walked there with our luggage from Rome Termini train station. It was easy to get to all the sights of Rome because the convent is about a 5 minute walk from the subway station and only 2 subway stops from Vatican City and 4 subway stops from the Colosseum. Also it is about 7 minute walk to both the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The staff at the convent were friendly and helpful. There are many places to eat and shop nearby. Our room had everything we needed and the bathroom was very modern - great shower. The building is beautiful inside - amazing marble staircases and gorgeous wood banisters and doors. Breakfast was very basic, however this was made clear in the description on the Monastery Stays website so it did not come as a surprise. There are lots of nearby cafes for breakfast if you want something else.
W M - , New Zealand (October 2018)
My 3rd stay and will always stay here when it Rome. Thank you, it is my safe haven!
Melanie - British Columbia, Canada (October 2018)
On the whole, very enjoyable. We thought the experience was lovely, particularly the very nice Sister who admitted us. Through a combination of Italian, French and English she made the process fun and she had a lovely sense of humour.
The bathroom was the best one we had in Italy!
I would recommend the Monastery to everyone who wants to stay in Rome.
Margaret - VIC, Australia (September 2018)
Fantastic location, clean accommodation and very helpful, friendly staff. Totally recommend!
Maureen - Tas, Australia (September 2018)
We really enjoyed our stay and would return. The rooms were clean, safe and very well located close to transit, even though a bit plain. Homemade buns and coffee were delicious.
Leslie - British Columbia, Canada (September 2018)
Very friendly people would do it again.
William - ON, Canada (July 2018)
The air-conditioning was switched off by the Sisters at 2:30AM in the middle of a really hot night. We practically cooked and could not sleep after that. We tried calling to ask them to turn it back on but no one answered. I would not stay there again during hot months.
Philip - Victoria, Australia (July 2018)
Peaceful haven and excellent service.
Jennifer - QLD, Australia (June 2018)
The Nuns and staff were lovely. We managed to be understood, however English was not there strong point. Breakfast with there homemade rolls was the best
Dabbie - WV, United States (May 2018)
This monastery was so convenient to the metro and we could even walk to many locations. It was an excellent choice for us and the sisters were very helpful too.
Cynthia - PA, United States (May 2018)
What a great location! Easy to see all of the sites in Rome. Staying on the courtyard side makes it quiet for sleeping. The street side is noisy with windows open. Very clean rooms and good breakfast. I will return!
Sandra - ON, Canada (May 2018)
We loved the location of this monastery. The facilities were lovely and clean and the staff was very helpful.
Susan - ON, Canada (May 2018)
The Sisters were very welcoming and inviting. The room was extremely clean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The convent was in a great location, and we felt very safe.
Arthur - VA, United States (May 2018)
The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, well maintained and well laid out. The property had a homely atmosphere. Beautiful chapel, however daily Mass (in Italian) is not conducted there, but instead in a room within the nuns' private area. Some difficulty with language as not many staff speak English, but everyone is friendly and tries to please. Great location. A lovely stay overall. We loved it!
Regina - , Singapore (April 2018)
A wonderful experience. Very clean. Location excellent. Very nice service. Rooms are simple but functional. Perhaps a bit softer pillows would be nice :-)
Jemie - SINGAPORE, Singapore (March 2018)
Simple, spotless, elegant place to stay. Excellent location. The Sisters and the Staff are very helpful. Would return there again definitely and recommend it highly.
Loretta - IL, United States (October 2017)
Wonderful place to stay!! The location was excellent, very easy to get to from the metro station. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was simple but adequate.
Sisters and staff's hospitality are really great. Breakfast is simple, but if we want we can bring some foods we like. The location is near metro and accessible easily. Common use areas and rooms are very clean, much better than ordinary hotels.
Yoko - TOKYO-TO, Japan (October 2017)
Conveniently located near the Spanish Steps. Friendly reception very helpful providing maps and directions. Our rooms were clean and a nicely prepared simple breakfast was provided.
Jennifer - NSW, Australia (October 2017)
It was a very pleasant place to stay at, I would definitely stay there again!
Rose - Western Australia, Australia (September 2017)
Very friendly staff, immaculate and comfortable room, great location. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this location and website to others.

Enjoyed every minute and wished it was a longer stay.
Peter - , United Kingdom (June 2017)
Perfect place, impeccable and helpful staff. I will return and also recommend it to my friends. The location is very good.
Alay - TX, United States (June 2017)
Excellent location, rooms were calm and peaceful, all the staff were very kind and helpful. My sister and I had no luggage for three days because BA had lost our cases and the staff were concerned and helpful in getting them returned to us.
Olive - Renfrewshire, United Kingdom (June 2017)
The Air conditioning was very effective and very welcome.
We loved the roof top terrace, and enjoyed sitting up there during the twilight.
Lyn - Victoria, Australia (June 2017)
The sister who greeted me was very helpful and my room was beautiful.
Ms Kathleen A - New South Wales, Australia (May 2017)
Istituto Immacolata Concezione Nostra Signora di Lourdes is in such a great location; right in between the Spanish Steps and Piazza Barberini. The monastery was very clean and offered a wonderful breakfast (those rolls...!) Staff was friendly and helpful - I highly recommend!
Mary - OH, United States (October 2016)
Accessible en transport en commun (retour).
Rome accessible a pied de près de tous les attraits principaux.
Brigitte - Quebec, Canada (October 2016)
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Jennie - New South Wales, Australia (October 2016)
Everything about this monastery was fantastic: the sisters, administrative help, walking distance to many tourist attractions, and near two metro stops. Could not have been any better! Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.
Jo Ann - OH, United States (October 2016)
I found the people at the front counter to be most helpful, in particular the lady who signed me in on the three occasions I recently stayed. On my three departures she kindly booked a taxi and waited with me to ensure that I caught the taxi that was booked.
Annette - ACT, Australia (September 2016)
This was my first Monastery stay. The staff where friendly and very helpful. Their English was enough to communicate. The facilities were immaculately clean. I walked from the main railway rather than taking the metro.
Donna - Nsw, Australia (August 2016)
Great stay and the sisters are very helpful.
Nathalia - SP, Brazil (June 2016)
The Institute is a wonderful place to stay. Close to the Spanish steps. The rooms were neat and I always felt safe.
Carolyn - MI, United States (May 2016)
This was the best ever monastery stay booking. The location was good as it was near restaurants, places of interest and public transport. Rooms were clean and it looked like it had been recently upgraded. Staff were very helpful too. They provided us with a map and advised how to take the public transport (bus) to certain places of interest. The sisters were very friendly too.
June - , Singapore (April 2016)
Very clean, sisters were very helpful, some issues with wifi.
Dean - MT, United States (November 2015)
Terrific convenient location to all tourist interests.
Christina - CA, United States (October 2015)
Good value for the cost, in excellent location. Breakfast very simple and not available if an early check out.
Carmel - Victoria, Australia (September 2015)
Very quiet and safe environment.
Gillian - New South Wales, Australia (May 2015)
We had an excellent stay with very good and welcoming assistance, thank you.
Jennifer - Australian Capital Territory, Australia (May 2015)
I really liked this location and the Institute. The people who run the place, both nuns and lay, are very welcoming and work hard to be clear and helpful with those of whose Italian isn't very good!
Margaret Beaufort - Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom (February 2015)
What a lovely place. The nuns were warm and sweet. Breakfast was wonderful. Location - fabulous. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable accommodations.
Kathleen - PA, United States (January 2015)
I have nothing bad to say about our stay. We were comfortable and slept well. We needed a place to sleep and did not require any frills. The nuns are pleasant most accommodating. I truly enjoyed the experience. The rest of the women in my group did too.
Candace - Minnesota, USA (September 2014)
Excellent location, lovely room and convent. Very quiet and excellent security. Better interpersonal skills from Staff would help a lot. Found it difficult to reconcile my view of Catholicism with the main nun. I did expect a little Christian charity and it does exist as it was shown by the elderly nuns in a Convent in Florence.
Carla-Donna - New South Wales, Australia (September 2014)
We had a lovely experience. Thank you!
Kyle - IN, United States (September 2014)
It was a 20-25 minute walk from the Termini Train station with luggage. Otherwise a central and very convenient location.
Lori - Alberta, Canada (June 2014)
We enjoyed our stay. Although we do not speak Italian we were able to communicate with the sisters reasonably well including arranging a taxi to take us to the Airport. The location was excellent. Being on the fourth floor we found it very quiet at night. The breakfast was satisfying. The room was was very nice and clean but was a little dusty as if it may have been closed up and not used for some time. Once we started to leave the windows open, it was much better. The only thing we missed was hot water for afternoon tea. After booking our stay we had to change our dates and were pleased that our request was accepted right away. Overall we were very satisfied with the experience and will use Monastery stays in future.
Frank - Ontario, Canada (June 2014)
A peaceful oasis away from the crowds and noise of the streets of Rome.
Eleanor - , New Zealand (May 2014)
I loved the experience; the sisters were so kind and welcoming. Breakfast was fine (I love Nutella anyway) and the rooms were simple but clean, comfortable, and quiet. I would recommend LAR130 to anyone-a wonderful place in a fine location.
Mark - PA, United States (May 2014)
Emergency alarm in the bathroom should be marked indicating what it is for. It was pulled by us thinking it might be a bathroom fan...this was not so and many in our hall were disturbed in the early morning. Rooms were clean, comfortable and safe. Thank you so much, we will recommend your accommodations to friends.
Charles - CO, United States (May 2014)
One of the best values in Rome. Everyone was more than helpful and made us feel welcome. Thank you.
Carolyn - WI, United States (May 2014)
It is a beautiful house with really nice small rooms. Especially the shared bathrooms were clean at any time. A little bit difficult was the communication, because the sisters do not speak any english, but the rest was fine. Thank you!
Anna-Katharina - , Germany (April 2014)
The staff was very friendly. It was the quietest place I have ever stayed in Rome.
Gregory - CA, United States (April 2014)
Very friendly staff. The road is often noisy for those room facing out.
Mark - South Yorkshire, United Kingdom (March 2014)
Very nice stay, with welcoming staff and in an excellent location. Many thanks.
Mark - , United Kingdom (January 2014)
Excellent location, very clean, nice to have a lift\elevator, quiet, very pleasant staff. Would definitely return. Enjoyed the coffee, tea, and rolls. We typically enjoy a hearty breakfast so we brought along some packets of instant oatmeal-this worked well.
Mary Ann - GA, United States (October 2013)
Perfect place where we can go to Spanish stairs and Trevi fountain by feet! But there can be a bit of issue with sound proofing because I could hear the transportation sound.
Boram - Seoul, South Korea (October 2013)
A beautiful, safe, environment to unwind from the hustle and bustle of Rome. The staff were warm and friendly.
Jennifer - AZ, United States (September 2013)
A great location. We felt welcome. Rooms and bathroom were clean. I would suggest a room facing the courtyard as it is quiet and you can hear the nuns singing in the morning. The sisters were very eager to please and breakfast was simple but plentiful.
Michele - GA, United States (September 2013)
The guest house was lovely, very peaceful, great central location at the top of the Spanish Steps. The sisters were very friendly, and I loved the breakfast - delicious coffee and bread rolls, with butter and jelly it was a perfect start to the day.
Judith - NY, United States (September 2013)
Excellent accommodation, location, and value.
Martha - CA, United States (September 2013)
Perfect location, and a wonderful experience. I loved the serenity that the Lourdes offered. I would stay again for sure.
Heather - Ontario, Canada (August 2013)
The location was perfect. The room we had was inside a quiet courtyard and we slept very well even though we were right in the heart of the city. Breakfast was very good. The reception staff were very helpful.
The sisters were delightful, so kind, smiley and helpful. We slept very well, the water was hot, the beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. It was quiet at night, except for the front door bell in the early mornings which was a little annoying. We both felt that a little more choice could have been available at breakfast, for instance some yogurt and fruit, but the coffee and bread were both delicious. We would definitely stay at this convent again.
Celia - Gloucestershire, United Kingdom (January 2013)
Basic room, but great bathroom. The location is unbeatable and the sisters are so very helpful. We did not find the breakfast to be very palatable, but no worries. There are a couple of great walk in restaurants just a few doors down the street. Make sure you check out the roof top terrace for amazing views of the city at sunset!
Katherine - British Columbia, Canada (October 2012)
Sisters are very kind and will take very good care of you. Rooms are spotlessly clean. My room faced the courtyard so it was pleasantly quiet. My only issue with this location was the frosted glass windows in the door to the room. This allows a lot of light from the corridor to enter the room at night. I was aware of this before I arrived so I brought a night shade which helped.
C Isabelle - Alberta, Canada (October 2012)
The overall stay was very enjoyable with very pleasant staff. The only complaint is the noise we experienced at night with birds making noise and bells ringing. The location was great.
Graeme - EASTERN CAPE, South Africa (October 2012)
Will stay at this convent next time we are in Rome.
John - Victoria, Australia (October 2012)
This is the second time I have stayed, the first time being 2 years ago. The location is brilliant, so convenient to everything your heart desires to do in Rome.
Annette - Australian Capital Territory, Australia (October 2012)
I would highly recommend the Istituto to anyone travelling to Rome. The location is perfect and easily accessible to most sites in the city by foot or by metro. The sisters were very kind & solicitous. Although I speak very little Italian, I had no problems communicating using a combination of English, Italian, and some very dusty French (mostly out of my own desire to try to learn and use Italian and French)! The room, bathroom, and other facilities were clean and sufficient for my needs. I had a room that was not on the street side, so I did not have any problems with noise. Also, travelling alone, I felt very safe there.
Patricia - PA, United States (September 2012)
I absolutely loved my stay with the Sisters! Great room, location, and delightful staff.
Bridget - British Columbia, Canada (September 2012)
Very pleasant stay, location could not be better.
Horacio - , Israel (September 2012)
We had a wonderful time in Rome which was enhanced by the great location of the Monastery, the welcoming & friendly nature of the sisters, & the comfortable room.
Stephanie - New South Wales, Australia (May 2012)
They were so friendly and really worked with me through my limited Italian and their limited English.
Amy - MA, United States (May 2012)
For me as a single women it was perfect.
Pauline - New South Wales, Australia (May 2012)
Friendly welcome. Lovely safe and secure spot to stay for a single traveller on her first visit to Rome.
Jane - Tasmania, Australia (May 2012)
Nuns were very kind and friendly. Safe and secure. Can't fault this destination.
Wayne - Canterbury, New Zealand (April 2012)
Lovely staff, peaceful and clean rooms, secure premises, and perfect location - we enjoyed our stay immensely.
Liz - Victoria, Australia (March 2012)
Whilst the location was perfect, the room, particularly the bathroom was most inadequate. It was too small and very narrow which made showering a challenge. The breakfast was also not adequate.
Lila - Victoria, Australia (October 2011)
This is our second visit and we'll definitely go there again. The location is fantastic and sisters and lay staff were extremely kind and helpful.
Kathy - Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom (October 2011)
Loved it, the nuns were so welcoming and friendly.
Julie - New South Wales, Australia (September 2011)
It was wonderful!
Amanda - Devon, United Kingdom (September 2011)
This was a fantastic place to stay..the sisters were so welcoming, efficient, helpful and understanding of us silly tourists!! Breakfast was always fresh and filling..(although we didn't like the brewed coffee). Sr Wanda who received us initially and spoke English was patient and gorgeous....the rooms were excellent as were the bathrooms...don't pull n the fan above the shower..it's the fire alarm, which I managed to set off at 10pm!! Would recommend monastery stay to anyone and will use again for sure thank you..oh yes...and the beautiful sounds of singing from church in the early mornings echoing around the courtyards was also lovely
Simone - Victoria, Australia (September 2011)
We highly recommend.
Laura - FL, United States (May 2011)
A wonderful haven - the nuns were so kind and friendly - we really enjoyed our stay
jo - Midlothian, United Kingdom (April 2011)
Enjoyed my stay here immensely. The nuns and staff are very friendly. My only concern were the frosted glass panels on the room door. It would be preferable to have a blind as everyone someone turned on the lights in the corridor at night the room would be bathed in light.
Tamara - , South Africa (April 2011)
The sisters where extremely wonderful and the building/accommodations was as expected.
Elizabeth - OH, United States (October 2010)
Clean accommodations, friendly service.
Cleta - CA, United States (September 2010)
There was very little place to sit outside of the room. The nuns were very friendly, breakfast was nice, the room was very clean. Although the 10:30 PM curfew was mentioned, it was not mentioned that the convent closed from 12:30 until 1:30PM.
Maureen - ME, United States (September 2010)
predictably spartan. Access to a refrigerator and the means to make our own tea/coffee would be a boon. Spotlessly clean and safe. Excellent location. predictably spartan. Access to a refrigerator and the means to make our own tea/coffee would be a boon. Spotlessly clean and safe.
Terry - New South Wales, Australia (September 2010)
Very nice, the room was acceptable, only the bathroom was in the hall, but it could be used for me alone. That was good. The sisters were very friendly. My room was on the street site. It was very noisy the whole night long. So it was hot in the room, because it was not possible for open the window, by the noisy street.
Georgette - , Netherlands (September 2010)
It was clean and friendly. Unspeakably hot, like a sauna. Breakfast was very skimpy (1 hollow roll), but I had read that about this monastery.
Eben - MA, United States (July 2010)
The location was excellent and the nuns helpful. The room was tidy and very clean. A little more for breakfast would have been good.
Delma - Queensland, Australia (July 2010)
The nuns were very warm and happy people to deal with. I thought the breakfast was a bit poor. English breakfast tea would have been nice. I also thought the 10.30 pm curfew a bit much considering people are there on holidays and want to enjoy the city. On the first night we had barely eaten our meal and had to run back to the monastery.
Catherine - Victoria, Australia (June 2010)
There was nothing really wromg except that the information on the notice board about mass times was a bit confusing to us.
patricia - new zealand, New Zealand (May 2010)
Fantastic care and concern over our being well taken care of. Caring and clean environment. A little spartan like in format, but something you would expect. (The nuns themselves don't live lavishly.) Their care was way above expected standards. I would go back in an instant. Sister Wanda was especially helpful. The breakfast was a little sparse--coffee, roll and jam. However, it was substantial. However the warmth and care of the nuns made you forget about breakfast.
Bart - MI, United States (May 2010)
Quiet and very clean. Breakfast - no milk for tea!!!
Rosalind - Australian Capital Territory, Australia (May 2010)
Sisters were very nice. Stay at monastery provides safe, clean, modest and quiet accomodation. Sisters are very nice. Location is great. Very nice chapel available for the prayer.
Marian - SD, United States (April 2010)
We enjoyed the peace and quiet right in the center of Rome. The curfew, while we knew about it when we booked and were ok with it, some nights we might have liked to stay out a little longer. Recommend - Absolutely...I have already talked about it all around me.
Jacqueline - Dublin, Ireland (April 2010)
Very friendly people and very clean.
Hollis - MA, United States (March 2010)
It was better than I expected. The sisters were uniformly friendly. Even though there was a language barrier, we understood each other. The bathroom was modern and spotless. Actually the entire place was spotless. The room was small but comfortable. Once the cameriera realized that I used two pillows and the extra blanket, she made up the bed as such. I would tell any other potential guests that my room and others I saw had frosted glass panels on half the door and I could see hallway light sometimes (I was across from a hallway toilet). It didn't bother me, but it might someone. I don't think these things aren't good but simply things one might wish to know in advance. Yes, I would recommend, but I would make sure they are aware these are modest accommodations for a modest price. There isn't a TV, concierge, air conditioning (heat worked great) or porter or anything one would expect in a hotel because it isn't a hotel. I would stay there again in a minute.
Lauren - NY, United States (February 2010)
The accommodation was comfortable and very clean. Even though I was in the centre of Rome, my accommodation was quiet and this allowed for a restfull sleep. A lift was provided for staying on the higher floors of the Monastery. Someone was available at all times at reception. They were willing to make early morning wake up calls etc. The reception needed more information to travellers like myself for the nearest public transport, information for tourist buses etc. Local restaurants and places of interest to see.
Fiona - Victoria, Australia (October 2009)
A friend told us about his stay so we knew what to expect. We enjoyed the breakfasts. Our room was spacious with a nice closet and large bathroom. It faced on to the street so it was quite noisy.
Donald - TX, United States (October 2009)
The nuns chanting, the hot coffee at breakfast, the kind hosts, the bathroom was very good. The nuns always smiled :-) I liked that. There was not enough bread at breakfast and my friend could not come up and see my room.
Sarah - , New Zealand (June 2009)
Friendliness, quietness, the chapel. A little stinginess (they didn't provide soap, breakfast bread was very strictly counted).
Maria José - Portugal, Portugal (June 2009)
It was fabulous - extremely clean. The sisters were very friendly and the chapel etc all added to the appeal.
Christine - Queensland, Australia (May 2009)
clean -safe the nuns were lovely and kind
Pauline - Ontario, Canada (May 2009)
No one spoke English, no glass glasses, to have a glass of wine in while in room. Did not have hair dryer. Quiet, clean.
James - AZ, United States (April 2009)
Security, convenience, having to be out of the room for cleaning by 9am
Gerald - AZ, United States (August 2008)
Quietness, simplicity no problems Except if wishing to stay out after 10.30.
campbell - East Riding of Yorkshire, United Kingdom (July 2008)
The sisters are wonderful, kind & helpful. We looked forward to our breakfast every morning. Can't think of a thing! The best accommodation option in Rome!
Dennis - AZ, United States (May 2008)
Nice people, staff and guests! Clean, good bathroom facilities. The rooms on the street were so loud until about 3 am that I got little sleep. The inner rooms did not have this problem.
