The main attraction near the city is Lago di Bolsena over 113 sq. km in area, with two islands (Isola Martana and Isola Bisentina). The lake is bordered by Via Cassia, making access to all lakeside attractions easy by vehicle. These attractions include towns such as Marta, Gradoli and Bolsena. A little further are the major cities of Terni and Rome, but both can be reached for a day trip.

	The hostess was very nice and careful. The room was big and had a little kitchen. The convent had a beautiful location and a large garden with a view over Lake Bolsena. I had a nice stay at the convent.
