This convent is operated by the Istituto Piccole Ancelle Di Cristo Re.

The rooms are beautifully presented, with some offering stunning views over the Bay of Naples all the way to Mount Vesuvius.

Mass held Monday to Friday at 7:00am. A shuttle service can also be organised to and from the guest house on request.

Be sure to eat at the recently renovated dining room at the monastery for a sample of some fine local fare!

Getting Around

Conveniently located on the Sorrentine Peninsula, this monastery sits prodly at the top of Castellammare di Stabia. There are adequate public transport links nearby to get you around the area with ease.  

History

The guest house was completely renovated in the year 2000 following the Jubilee.

	Enjoyed our short stay, the Convent is stunning. 5* view over the bay & Vesuvius. The Sisters are so helpful. The accommodation is also brilliant, spacious mega clean bedrooms & showers. The rest of the building is also stunning. The sitting rooms and Chapel are stacked with history. The patio area is so peaceful to sit and relax and the garden is loaded with fully loaded fruit trees. An amazing place! BUT you do need transport to get around the local area.

	Outstanding views of the Bay of Naples. My sister was sick while we were there and they were so caring. They also prepared the meals from their own garden and they are outstanding cooks. This was a quiet, relaxing place to recharge batteries after a hectic stay in Naples. Just what we needed.
