General Transport

History

This beautiful monastery has a history dating back to 1327. It is known as the first religious house to be established in the village of Cittaducale, which is close to Rieti, located in Northern Lazio. At its commencement it was home to twelve nuns. It was partially rebuilt in the early 18th century after an earthquake damaged part of the building.
