A traditional structure with a classic interior awaits.The castle of San Miniato was originally built in the 13th century and still remains upright today albeit after a complete rebuild after its destruction in World War II. It is an impressive sight full of history and overlooks the entire city. The town's Duomo Cathedral is an interesting mix of Romanesque, Gothic and Renaissance architecture and is another standout feature of the city. Livorno, Pisa, Lucca and Florence are also all nearby making day trips very easy.
