Casa Regina Pacis is a lovely monastery in a quiet location, ideal for those looking for a peaceful retreat in the Eternal City.

Well located to the sights of central Rome, near the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo.

The sisters were delightful and very flexible with my schedule. I arrived after check-in time because my flight was delayed, and they had no problems with that. I also went to the Easter Vigil Mass and returned after the curfew, but I had let them know ahead of time, and they were totally accommodating. I found the room clean. There was one morning I wanted to leave early, but I found the doors locked, so I couldn't leave until 6:30. The sisters barely spoke English, but they are very patient, so even though language did prove to be a barrier, it was never an issue.
